Industry Group hold the Production and Management Analysis Meeting of First Half Year of 2015

    On July 29th, the Industry Group hold the Production and Management Analysis Meeting of the first half year to analyse and summarize the business condition, and deploy works of the latter half of the year. President Tian Chungang of Sinolion, top managers and directors of Holding Company, top managers and administrative staff above director of Industry Group, personnel above section foreman of subsidiaries, grass-roots employees and representative of college student in-store attend the meeting. General Managers of subsidiaries make production and management analysis report of first half year and working plan of the latter half of the year. Vice-general Manager, Chief Inspectors and Deputy Directors of the Group give an account of main working condition of the first half year and the working plan of the latter half of the year. Commissioner of enterprise culture Wang Hui reports the construction situation of enterprise cultural system.
     
    During the meeting, Vice-president Chen Yanguang of Sinolion, General Manager of Industry Group make an analysis of management situation that the Group faces and a respectively deploy of management of the Group and production of subsidiaries according to the marketing circumstances of auto and wheel industry. Mr. Chen underlines several working requirements :

1、Avoid malignancy accident. Avoid major safety accidents, including production safety accident and supply safety accident; avoid malignancy accident due to poor quality, examine to remove potential quality problems.

2、Make great efforts to the systems construction of the Group: security system construction bases on the entire personnel, overall process and all-around; construction of quality promotion system bases on whole staff improvement and malignance quality prevention and control; construction of marketing system bases on quick response of exploitation of the client; construction of automatic reform system bases on long-term man-machine efficiency analysis; construction of lean production system bases on the objective of zero waste; construction of supply guarantee system bases on the stabilize and safety control of materials and energy; construction of public relations system bases on crisis prevention and control; construction of information system bases on informatization and supporting; construction of financial system bases on risk prevention and control and management sustaining; construction of talent team system bases on developed reality and demand; construction of cultural and institutional system bases on practical and guidance; construction of comprehensive evaluation system bases on department responsibility and position statement; construction of salary system bases on effective motivation of the entire personnel.

3、Put forth effort on promoting management improvement and technical progress. Promote the management, enhance the coordination and linkage of department and lower management, so as to clear the department responsibility and position statement.     During the meeting, Deputy Director of Human Resources Huang Yutong of the Holding Company makes a report of four main work of Sinolion this year and declares the construction of incentive system.
